

Amid ongoing investigations into the alleged criminal bribery scheme of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden, further evidence has been revealed that calls into question the president's insistence that he had no knowledge of his son's business dealings. 
The evidence in question is two photos from July 30, 2017 taken at Joe Biden's Delaware home, which were first reported by the Washington Free Beacon. The photos show Hunter Biden in the driver's seat of Biden's 1967 Corvette Stingray with two young girls in bikinis in the driveway.
What's more, a June 29 statement released from the White House Counsel's Office Ian Sams deviated from the president's previous denials of knowledge regarding his son's business dealings. Republicans noticed the shift and are now demanding to know whether it indicates the president knew more than he initially let on.
Adding further suspicion to the case is an expected testimony from Devon Archer, Hunter's longtime friend and fellow Burisma board member. According to a report by the New York Post's Miranda Devine, Archer is expected to tell the House Oversight Committee this week that Biden, as vice president, was actively involved in at least two dozen calls with Hunter and Archer. 
The bombshell news was retweeted by Committee Republicans on Monday morning, to which Chairman James Comer stated, “Joe Biden lied to the American people when he said he knew nothing about his son’s business dealings. Evidence continues to be revealed that Joe Biden was very much involved in his family’s corrupt influence peddling schemes and he likely benefited financially.” 
The White House did not respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.  Despite this, the investigations remain ongoing and the American people continue to demand transparency and accountability.

This week, the same incident occurred at a high school in Virginia when school administrators demanded a teen to remove two American flags from his truck. Refusing to do so, the student chose to transfer schools instead. 

The Colorado charter school blamed the patch's "origins with slavery" for the disruption in the classroom environment. Jaiden's mother insisted that the flag originated during the American Revolution and did not promote slavery. In an attempt to clarify the policy, The Vanguard School connected Jaiden's mother with Jeff Yocum, their Director of Operations. Yocum provided mainstream news reports, such as The Conversation, which stated that the Gadsden Flag is currently associated with modern racist movements. 

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission discovered that the Gadsden Flag has been interpreted to convey racially-tinged messages in some contexts, which justified The Vanguard School’s decision against Jaiden. However, the EEOC also posted that it did "not find that the Gadsden Flag in fact is a racist symbol." In response to this case, the school has yet to make a public statement.

"Flamer" is a semi-autobiographical graphic novel set in 1995 that tells the story of Aiden, who is bullied at a Boy Scouts summer camp for "acting in a manner considered stereotypical of gay men." The American Library Association highlighted "Flamer" as one of the most "banned books" of 2022 and it has been challenged in at least 62 schools for its LGBTQ content and sexually explicit material. PEN America noted "Flamer" was the top spot for "most banned books in the U.S. during the first half of the 2022-23 school year. 
Illustrations included in the book have caused controversy, such as one panel show a teenage boy bending down in a shower while another cleans himself. However, no genitalia is shown in these depictions. 
Curato said he wrote "Flamer" as honest novel for teenagers about teenage life and teenage situations. He also stressed it is easy for bad actors to pull specific images out of context from his book, making it seem like the book is about sex, which it is not.

Texas Man Forcibly Removed from Meeting


President Joe Biden visited the fire-ravaged remains of Maui, where he recalled the story of how his home almost burned to the ground 15 years ago. According to Biden, a lightning strike sparked a fire which spread to the air conditioning ducts and threatened to consume the entire house.
"I don’t want to compare difficulties, but we have a little sense, Jill and I, of what it was like to lose a home," Biden said, referring to he and his wife. "Years ago, now, 15 years, I was in Washington doing ‘Meet the press’… Lightning struck at home on a little lake outside the home, not a lake a big pond. It hit the wire and came up underneath our home, into the…air condition ducts."
Regarding the fire, Biden confirmed it threatened to burn down his house, along with his wife, his 67 Corvette, and his cat. A press report from 2004 archived by LexisNexis backed up Biden's claims, saying firefighters were able to contain the blaze to the kitchen after 20 minutes.
Since then, Biden has brought up the story numerous times, including during a speech in New Hampshire about the bipartisan infrastructure plan. 
"Without this bridge, as I said earlier, it’s a 10-mile detour just to get to the other side. And I know, having had a house burn down with my wife in it – she got out safely, God willing – that having a significant portion of it burn, I can tell: 10 minutes make a hell of a difference," he said.

Biden uses small fire to try and relate to Maui victims



Neighbors witnessed the raid and recorded portions on cellphone video as FBI agents attempted to execute a search and arrest warrant against Craig Robertson, a 74-year-old woodworker from Provo, Utah. The man had allegedly made numerous violent threats against President Biden and other high-profile Democrats in Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI agents.
Jon Michael Ossola, who lived near Robertson, said he and his wife typically are getting ready to go to the gym around the time authorities showed up at Robertson's front door Wednesday. He stated that he heard some weird noises and when he went around the corner he saw a full SWAT team. 
After agents identified themselves as law enforcement, Robertson did not cooperate and continued to shout, prompting the deployment of multiple “flash bangs”. Ultimately, shots were heard and Robertson was killed around 6:14 a.m. 
A law enforcement source told Fox News Digital that Robertson was holding a weapon, as evidenced by a photo released by the Department of Justice showing Robertson demonstrating his ability to conduct sniper tactics. 
Travis Clark, a close friend of Robertson, said the slain woodworker was the soul caretaker for a disabled adult son who also lived in the home and is blind. Clark described him as having a lot of political opinions, but being very conservative, very pro-Second Amendment.
The medical team determined he was deceased and laid a sheet over his remains until they placed them in an ambulance and drove away. 
A spokesperson for the U.S. Secret Service acknowledged the incident and deferred questions to the FBI and Department of Justice.

Gov. Doug Burgum, a 2024 GOP presidential candidate, continues to share more details about his campaign for the White House ahead of the first Republican debate on Fox News. 
President Biden is in a strong position to benefit from undisclosed donations from the main outside super PAC backing his candidacy. 
Records show that Future Forward PAC has raised only $67,000 during the first half of the year, with the sum coming entirely from a vendor refund and in-kind donations from the nonprofit for its staff time and overhead. 
As such, the Future Forward USA Action nonprofit, which hides its donors, has transferred tens of millions of dollars to the PAC for electoral activities in recent years. 
The New York Times reported in July that this setup positions Biden's candidacy to receive a boost from secret benefactors as the nonprofit holds a large amount of cash before the election. 
The involvement of the dark money nonprofit is also raising questions about who is donating funds to the leading external group to help Biden's bid for the White House. 
Fox News Digital previously reported that much of the money is being directed through a web of nonprofits managed by the Arabella Advisors consulting firm, which is worth $1 billion.
Seniors White House adviser Anita Dunn said Future Forward "really earned its place as the pre-eminent super PAC" to back Biden this time around. 
“In 2020, when they really appeared from nowhere and started placing advertising, the Biden campaign was impressed by the effectiveness of the ads and the overall rigorous testing that had clearly gone into the entire project,” Dunn told The New York Times. 
With the Republican debate upon us, all eyes are on Gov. Doug Burgum's campaign and how it will fare in comparison to President Biden's bid for the White House.

Records indicate that President Biden may benefit from substantial undisclosed donations from the main outside super PAC supporting his 2024 candidacy.

In July, Biden's team endorsed the Future Forward PAC as the leading external group raising significant funds to support his campaign. At that time, the PAC claimed to have raised $50 million for the year.

However, it appears that much of this money might be held in the affiliated dark money nonprofit, Future Forward USA Action. The PAC's recent mid-year report shows only $67,000 in contributions, which came from a vendor refund and in-kind donations from the nonprofit for staff expenses.

Future Forward's nonprofit is known for hiding its donors and has previously transferred tens of millions to the PAC for electoral purposes. This setup leaves Biden's candidacy open to receive support from anonymous donors as the nonprofit accumulates a substantial amount of cash before the election heats up.

The situation has sparked criticism, given Biden's previous stance against dark money, with many seeing it as political hypocrisy. The funneling of secretive donations through the Arabella Advisors consulting firm adds an additional layer of secrecy, making it challenging to trace the original donors.

One dark money group, the Impetus Fund, which had remained largely unnoticed, sent a significant sum of undisclosed cash ($55.8 million) to Future Forward USA Action during the last presidential cycle, according to tax documents.

Since the 2020 election, Future Forward USA Action has transferred $77 million to the Future Forward PAC, making up more than 40% of the PAC's $181 million raised during this period. Senior White House adviser Anita Dunn praised Future Forward for its effectiveness and rigorous testing of advertising during the previous cycle, which led to its selection as the primary super PAC supporting Biden this time around.

A federal court ruling and emails obtained by the House Judiciary Committee have revealed a potential violation of the First Amendment by the Biden administration. Documents show that the White House coerced and colluded with Big Tech social media companies to restrict American’s free speech.

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey argued the documents show the Biden administration pushed Big Tech past its own censorship policies during an appearance on ‘Fox & Friends First.'

"We knew that Joe Biden had coerced and colluded with Big Tech social media to silence American voices in violation of the First Amendment right to free speech," Bailey told Todd Piro on Friday. "And what this shows is that not only did he coerce and collude with Big Tech social media, but he actually pushed them further than their own internal censorship policies... this clearly establishes that they understood that Big Tech social media understood that the federal government was making demands and was pushing them beyond the bounds of their own internal policies and memorandum."

This was in response to the Missouri v. Biden ruling, earlier this month, which blocked key Biden agencies and departments from communicating with social media companies to avoid any potential First Amendment violations.

"It largely corroborates the evidence that we had discovered in our lawsuit," Bailey continued.

The “smoking gun” was revealed by Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, who wrote on X, “Never-before-released internal documents subpoenaed by the Judiciary Committee PROVE that Facebook and Instagram censored posts and changed their content moderation policies because of unconstitutional pressure from the Biden White House.”

Dr. Jay Bhattacharya of Stanford Medical also joined ‘Fox & Friends First’ and warned that Big Tech was censoring information, regardless of whether it was true or false.

"You could even get censored for saying true things," Bhattacharya said. "For instance, the Johnson & Johnson vaccine was paused by the CDC. When the White House posted that on its Facebook page, it got censored. It got censored by its own censorship regime that it created. It's ironic and tragic that the White House violated the rights of American people for nothing."

Bhattacharya added that the Biden administration’s decision to censor free speech “harmed public health” as well.

"It wasn't medically necessary. He could tell people the truth, and they would make their own choices about whether to take the vaccine," Bhattacharya said. "I was an advocate for the vaccine for older people especially… but I never forced anyone to take it. They really violated Americans' rights and as a result, harmed public health."

Critics sounds alarm amid Facebook Files controversy



Hunter Biden's plea deal was left in limbo during his first court appearance Wednesday morning, with Judge Maryellen Noreika raising concerns over the president's son's potential involvement in a violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act.  The federal investigation into Hunter Biden is still ongoing, but prosecutors refused to answer questions regarding the specifics of the case.  Moreover, the judge put the court in recess and asked that federal prosecutors and Biden's legal team discuss the plea deal, suggesting there was disagreement on the terms.  This fell in line with the original plea deal, which faced criticism from Republicans and opponents of the president, and was set to keep Hunter Biden out of jail by having him plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax. However, the agreement would not immunize him from future charges.  Despite these developments, it is yet to be seen whether this plea deal will come to fruition, or if the president's son will face any significant consequences from the ongoing investigation.

Hunter Biden's plea deal fell apart during his first court appearance Wednesday morning, as federal prosecutors confirmed the president's son is still under federal investigation. 

The president's son was expected to plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax, as part of plea deal to avoid jail time on a felony gun charge.

But Judge Maryellen Noreika pressed federal prosecutors on the investigation and questioned whether there was the possibility for future charges.

The judge asked prosecutors if Hunter Biden was currently under active investigation. Prosecutors said he was, but would not answer specifically what the president's son is under investigation for.  

Prosecutors on Wednesday said Hunter Biden pleading guilty to the two misdemeanor tax offenses would not immunize him from future charges. 

The judge asked whether a potential violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act was under consideration, but prosecutors were tight-lipped on the matter. 

The judge put the court in recess and asked that federal prosecutors and Biden's legal team discuss the plea deal, telling the court that they did not appear to be in agreement on the terms. 

Hunter Biden was also expected to enter into a pretrial diversion agreement regarding a separate felony charge of possession of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance.

His plea deal, which has faced ire from Republicans and opponents of the president, was likely to keep Hunter Biden out of jail.

The federal investigation into Hunter Biden is still ongoing, but prosecutors refused to answer questions regarding the specifics of the case.  Moreover, the judge put the court in recess and asked that federal prosecutors and Biden's legal team discuss the plea deal, suggesting there was disagreement on the terms.  This fell in line with the original plea deal, which faced criticism from Republicans and opponents of the president, and was set to keep Hunter Biden out of jail by having him plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax. However, the agreement would not immunize him from future charges.  Despite these developments, it is yet to be seen whether this plea deal will come to fruition, or if the president's son will face any significant consequences from the ongoing investigation.

 Hunter Biden Plea Deal Falls Apart



Former President Donald Trump will go on trial for 37 federal felony counts just months before the upcoming presidential election on May 20, 2024, U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon ruled Friday. In response to the proposed trial date of December 11 from the Department of Justice, Cannon announced the finalized trial date after the Republican presidential candidate's legal team asked for a delay until after the 2024 election. Trump has pleaded not guilty to the charges, which include willful retention of national defense information, conspiracy to obstruct justice and making false statements. 

Trump, who is also facing dozens of New York state charges of falsifying business records, will have his trial just before the GOP presidential primary calendar when it is clear who the nominee is at the Republican National Convention. The former president defended his storage of classified documents in an interview with Fox News' Bret Baier last month, claiming he was keeping "personal things" out of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). 

However, Special Counsel Jack Smith promised a speedy trial for Trump and noted defendants are presumed innocent. Smith recently warned Trump that he is the target of a Jan. 6 grand jury investigation. Meanwhile, prosecutors in Georgia plan to announce charging decisions within weeks in an investigation into alleged attempts by Trump and his allies to overturn the election there. Trump expects to be indicted and arrested, writing on Truth Social that "Deranged Jack Smith, prosecutor with Joe Biden's DOJ, sent a letter... stating that I am the TARGET of the January 6th Grand Jury Investigation, and giving me a very short four days to report to the Grand Jury, which almost always means an arrest an indictment." 

Trump is accused of refusing to return troves of classified documents taken from Mar-a-Lago, his Florida estate. The indictment notes that Special Counsel Durham has found the Department of Justice and the FBI "failed to uphold" their mission of "strict fidelity to the law" in the Trump-Russia probe. Judge sets trial date for President Trump



President Biden faced criticism on social media Wednesday for a reported gaffe when he claimed Russian President Vladimir Putin is "clearly losing the war in Iraq." 
Biden made the remark outside the White House while being asked "to what extent" Putin has been weakened by recent events in Russia, including an attempted mercenary coup. 
"He's losing the war at home, and he has become a bit of a pariah around the world," Biden said. 
His comment was quickly met with criticism from conservatives on social media who labeled it the latest in a long line of gaffes. 
Abigail Marone, communications director for Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., tweeted, "And Biden is clearly losing his war with sanity." The Senate Republicans account replied, "Joe Biden has totally lost the plot."
The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Fox News Digital. 
The previous night at a fundraiser, Biden also referred to the war in "Iraq" rather than Ukraine and did not correct himself.
